What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered agricultural equipment Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Work with customers and service team members to identify equipment needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Stay current on equipment technology, diagnostics, and repair procedures Occasionally assist with field service and emergency repairs during harvest seasons What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Ag Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, or similar Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Experience working on agricultural equipment is highly preferred Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrains Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently while being part of a team A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
