Your Responsibilities As our Diesel Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman, you will: Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and other vehicles across a wide range of automotive systems Perform accurate, high-quality repairs and help maintain strong workmanship standards Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians Help the team troubleshoot difficult diagnostic and repair concerns Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, and management to keep work moving efficiently Lead by example and contribute to a professional, team-focused shop environment What We're Looking For At least 7 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diesel diagnostic and repair experience Proven Master Technician-level knowledge and skills The ability to lead, mentor, and support other technicians A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude A valid driver's license The ability to commute to or relocate to Kaufman, Texas, before starting work Why Taylor Automotive & Tire?
