The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced automotive diagnostic diesel technician to join our elite team. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for a proven professional with advanced diagnostic skills who can efficiently and accurately pinpoint issues, from drivability concerns to complex electrical and emission-related problems. What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on light/medium-duty diesel vehicles Accurately identify root causes of drivability, electrical, emission, and performance issues Complete high-quality repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems Conduct in-depth inspections, testing, and verification procedures Provide mentorship to other technicians when complex issues arise Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Deliver an exceptional customer experience by standing behind your work and communicating findings clearly What We're Looking For Minimum 7 years professional diesel repair experience (light/medium duty) Strong proficiency with diagnostic equipment and software (OEM and aftermarket) Advanced understanding of diesel fuel systems, turbocharging, emissions controls, and engine management systems Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and perform advanced electrical diagnosis Experience servicing Ford Powerstroke, Dodge Cummins, GM Duramax, and medium-duty platforms such as Isuzu NPR Welding and fabrication skills a plus, but not required for consideration Team-oriented mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
