•$38.29 Responsibilities Processes labor and material through the Work Management System through the use of Global SAP. Completes processes, routes and files accident/damage claims and power interruption reports. Maintains records. Performs clerical functions including typing, photocopying, and operating of all office equipment including a personal computer and radio. Performs material management functions through the use of Global SAP. Assists the Service Administration's group on a regular basis with any needs they may have. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Requirements Must have a high school education or equivalent. Must be pre-qualified to apply for this position. Applicants may take the pre-qualification test at time of posting.
• Must be competent in the areas of Global SAP, SmartCare (SAP) including OMS functions and SM Web. Must be self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasks with minimal supervision and possess the temperament to deal pleasantly and efficiently with both customers and co-workers. Must be able to work flexible hours as determined by the local management team in compliance with the bargaining agreement. Must be capable of carrying out the essential functions of the classification.
