Your growth is only limited to you. MasterLUBE pit technicians start out at $15.00 an hour. Upon hire you will begin training in your position as a pit technician, start to discover your strengths, receive training in product knowledge, personal finance, setting and achieving goals and a lot more. Once signed off and on your own as a technician you will be moved to $16.00 an hour, usually at about 30 days.
