Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Field Technician to join our team in the trenchless pipe lining industry. This is an entry-level position with full training provided. You will work alongside experienced technicians to repair and rehabilitate underground sewer and stormwater pipelines using modern, no-dig technology. This job is ideal for someone who is smart, mechanically inclined, organized, and willing to learn . Daily tasks include setting up equipment, mixing materials, preparing job sites, assisting with pipe lining installs, operating basic tools, and helping keep trucks and equipment clean and organized. Work is hands-on, physical, and performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. A clean driving record is required, and you must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Duties Assist experienced technicians with pipe lining and rehabilitation projects Set up and break down equipment and tools at job sites Prepare job sites, including cleaning, traffic control, and safety setup Mix and handle materials used in pipe lining applications Assist with the installation of trenchless pipe liners, lateral patches, and related repairs Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely Monitor job progress and report any issues or concerns to lead technicians or supervisors Maintain trucks, equipment, and tools in a clean, organized, and safe condition Follow all safety protocols and company policies , including PPE usage Help document work performed, including photographs and project notes as directed Travel to various job sites within the assigned territory Learn new skills and techniques on the job under supervision Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors or lead technicians Requirements No prior pipe lining experience required — full training provided High school diploma or equivalent preferred Clean and valid driver's license (driving record will be checked) Ability to learn quickly , follow instructions, and take direction from supervisors Strong common sense, problem-solving, and organizational skills Physically capable of performing hands-on work in various conditions, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors Reliable, punctual, and professional — able to show up consistently and work as part of a team Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools ; mechanical aptitude a plus Willingness to travel to job sites as needed within assigned territory Positive attitude and eagerness to grow into higher-level technician or supervisory roles
