Job Purpose Testing to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly. Follow a checklist in ensuring that each critical part of vehicle is inspected such as hoses, belts, fuel systems, tires, brakes and other possible troublesome items. Using hand tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers to work on small-scale parts and when needed, power tools like pneumatic wrenches to remove bolts easily and quickly. Skills/Qualifications Good knowledge of automobiles and light duty trucks Effective analytical and communication skills Good reading, basic math skills, and computer literate Ability to learn new technology, service and repair procedures and understanding specifications Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment is a plus Job Requirements Must have at least a High School diploma/GED Enjoy working in a fast paced environment Able to lift up to 50 pounds and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid drivers license Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Benefits Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, vacation time, holiday and sick leave, company paid continuing education and training.
