Physical & Travel Requirements:

This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel to customer and installation sites across the UK and Europe. Weekly overnight travel is an essential requirement of the position, with the frequency and duration of travel varying based on customer, installation, and operational needs. The role may also require occasional work outside standard business hours depending on site or service requirements. Work environments may include vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, warehouses, and other commercial or industrial locations. The role may involve extended periods of standing or walking, bending, reaching, and occasional manual handling, including lifting or carrying equipment and tools up to 40 kg. Employees are expected to follow applicable site safety requirements and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Maintain responsibility for safety while leading work on site, including identifying hazards, following site-specific requirements, ensuring appropriate PPE is used, and addressing or escalating unsafe conditions

Partner closely with Operations, Support, Engineering, Customer Success, and other internal teams to communicate field conditions, resolve technical issues, and support successful customer deployments
