Job Description

Job Summary As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for traveling to various client locations in a company-provided state of the art van to service, repair, and maintain aesthetic medical devices. You will act as the face of the company, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service and ensuring their equipment is functioning optimally.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of aesthetic medical devices on-site at client locations, ensuring devices meet performance specifications. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, addressing mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems. Conduct preventative maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Provide training and guidance to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance. Complete service reports, documenting work performed, parts used, and any issues or concerns. Ensure the van is stocked with necessary parts and tools, keeping an inventory of supplies for each service call. Communicate effectively with the customer service team, providing timely updates on service status and following up on customer concerns. Maintain compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards, ensuring all work is done in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree, certification, or associates degree preferred). Proven experience in field service or technical support, preferably in electronics or mechanical field. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems in electronic devices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, and manage a flexible schedule. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) as necessary. Familiarity with using diagnostic tools, software, and mobile devices for service documentation and reporting. Why Join Us?
