What we're looking for: IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification required At least 1 year of hands-on experience in water, fire/smoke, and mold remediation Proven ability to lead and supervise a small crew Valid driver's license, clean driving record Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in attics/crawlspaces Bonus points for: additional IICRC certifications (AMRT, ASD, FSRT), trauma/crime scene cleanup experience, or familiarity with Encircle/Xcelerate.
