We are seeking a highly experienced professional to rebuild and lead the Water Damage Department including insurance projects talking to adjusters, required to perform water damage restoration work. The person must have experience in Maintenance and remodeling work (role may also include additional duties related to maintenance services .) This is a full-time, on-call position requiring flexibility for 24/7 emergency service dispatch , including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Serve as the first answer to assess water damage and determine scope of work Rebuild, organize, and manage the water damage department Ensure proper permits, licenses, and compliance are maintained Perform moisture readings and document findings with site photos Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment per IICRC standards Extract standing water and remove damaged materials when necessary Conduct daily moisture check-ups and document progress Ensure projects meet drying standards and complete equipment removal Communicate professionally and courteously with customers Assist with maintenance-related duties as needed Qualifications in water damage restoration Minimum 7 years of experience IICRC Certification•Mandatory Knowledge of permits, licensing, and compliance for water damage restoration Strong English communication skills (Spanish bilingual a plus) Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Tech-savvy; able to use apps/software for job documentation Office or administrative experience is a plus
