Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, flood, or fire-related incidents, demonstrating emergency response readiness and on-call coverage. Perform water extraction, flood restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques. Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport tools, equipment, and personnel to job sites. Use hand tools, power tools, Xactimate (estimating software), and other restoration industry equipment to complete projects accurately and efficiently. Conduct cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation while adhering to safety protocols. Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection consistently to ensure safety during all operations. Follow established safety protocols and industry standards for mold remediation, water damage restoration, and construction-related activities. Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service, explaining procedures and addressing concerns professionally. Experience Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred. Familiarity with water damage restoration processes, flood recovery techniques, mold remediation, and fire restoration is a plus.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools confidently. Experience with company vehicle operation while maintaining safety standards is desirable. Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection measures. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward client satisfaction. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments requiring on-call coverage for emergencies.
