In this high-impact role, you will perform quality testing at our Santa Rosa factory before machinery ships, then travel to client facilities to handle on-site assembly, TIG/MIG welding, electrical/mechanical start-ups, and operator training. What You'll Do Global On-Site Service (70% Travel): Travel to customer plants across the U.S. and internationally to lead machinery installation, start-up, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. When in the field, you get a minimum of 12 hours paid every day.

Hands-On Fabrication & Assembly:

Perform precision

TIG & MIG

welding on stainless steel components directly on customer sites and in our shop.

Multidisciplinary Troubleshooting:

Read schematics and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues.

Factory QA Testing:

Participate in Blentech Quality Assurance and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) in Santa Rosa before equipment ships.

Client Training:

Train customer staff and machine operators on system operation, safety, and routine maintenance.

What We're Looking For Welding Proficiency:

2+ years of hands-on experience with

TIG & MIG

welding, specifically on stainless steel and food-grade equipment.

Technical & Electrical Literacy:

Proven ability to read electrical schematics, control layouts, P&IDs, and troubleshoot automated machinery.

Road-Ready Flexibility:

Willingness to travel up to 80% (including domestic/international flights, weekends, or early mornings based on client needs).

Physical Capability & Credentials:

Valid Driver's License, ability to lift 40+ lbs., and visual acuity for color-coded wiring.

What We Offer Hourly Wage Range:

$29.40 - $33.14 100%
