The Field Services Technician will be responsible for contributing to a five-star guest experience. The job requires inspecting homes after guest check-out to identify damage, lost & found items, and perform light maintenance and repairs. The Field Services/Departure Inspection team ensures the exterior appearance of the home is guest-ready, which can include snow removal, trash removal and outdoor area prep. As an important member of the field team, this position requires polite and respectful interaction with guests, housekeepers, neighbors and RnR team members. If you like working independently with the support of a tight knit team, this could be the job for you. The position requires use of your personal vehicle with a mileage reimbursement program.
