Summary:
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer locations and providing technical training and support to customers when necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidate must be able to complete the following duties. Drives a vehicle up to 8 hours per day to customer locations Ability to travel for up to two weeks per month across the US Provides scheduled routine equipment preventive maintenance service Inspects and troubleshoots equipment failures Submits parts request orders, replaces faulty parts, and repairs equipment Installs and tests new equipment and replaced parts Assist with fabrication and assembly of ClearBlu equipment, including but not limited to welding, cutting, wiring, plumbing and programming equipment Ability to manage shipping and receiving and shop inventory Provides technical training on new equipment installation to customers Maintains accurate parts and equipment inventory in the company vehicle Prepares all required documentation including work orders, parts lists, timesheets, expense reports, and email communication Communicates with the department manager, supervisor, and scheduler for new information, changes, and updates on work orders Provides customer support and responds to customer callouts and field dispatches Maintains a clean and organized vehicle and reports the need for vehicle repairs or service when required and/or prescribed Assists in the project equipment installations Perform wastewater treatment trials and document results. Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Installation Foreman and Owner. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google Apps Suite, Expensify, Intuit Field Services Management, and other relevant applications. Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
