We are looking for someone who can repair, reset, re-sand and seal a driveway, pool deck or walkway and have it look right when they leave. That is the skill we cannot teach quickly, and it is the only experience we require. The pressure washing side of the job we will train you on completely- equipment, chemicals, surfaces, technique, safety. You do not need any prior washing experience to apply. Come in with paver craftsmanship and a good work ethic, and we will build the rest. Our customers are residential & commercial properties and estate-managed homes, and the work is judged on the finish. You will run your own truck and route, work directly with homeowners and property managers, and be trusted on properties whether or not the owner is home. We provide the equipment, the chemicals, the training and the schedule. What You'll Do Paver work- the core of the job Repair and reset sunken, lifted, shifted or cracked pavers on driveways, walkways, pool decks and patios. Diagnose the cause of paver failure — base settlement, drainage, root intrusion, irrigation — and flag it before it repeats. Replace damaged pavers and blend replacements so the repair does not stand out. Strip failed or yellowed sealer and prepare the surface for re-sealing. Re-sand joints with polymeric sand and apply paver sealer to a clean, even finish. Exterior cleaning — we'll train you on all of this Soft wash and pressure clean exterior house and building surfaces, driveways, walkways, pool decks and patios. Chemically pretreat and clean roofs, including tile, shingle and metal, and apply protective treatments such as Roof-A-Cide. Clean screen enclosures, gutters (interior and exterior), solar panels, exterior windows and fencing. Remove rust and irrigation staining, oil and powder residue, and organic growth without damaging the substrate. Select the correct pressure, tip, chemical and dwell time for each surface — knowing when not to use pressure is as important as knowing how. On the job Protect landscaping, screens, fixtures, furniture and adjacent surfaces before starting. Walk the job with the customer at completion when they are on site. Document work with before and after photos and job notes in Service Titan. Maintain the truck, trailer, pumps, surface cleaners, hoses and tips in working order and report issues early. Manage chemicals safely and in accordance with label and safety data sheet requirements. Identify additional work the property needs and pass those leads back to the office. What You Need Paver experience - required. Two or more years of hands-on paver work: repair, resetting, re-sanding and sealing. This is the one thing we are not able to teach on the job, so it is the one thing we ask you to bring. No pressure washing experience required. We train it in full. If you have washed before, great — but hardscape and masonry backgrounds are equally welcome. Driver's license. Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record. You will be driving a company truck and trailer. Physical capability. Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly, work on ladders and roofs, kneel and bend for extended periods, and work outdoors in Florida heat and humidity. Reliability. Show up on time, every day, at properties where the owner may not be present. Trustworthiness is not optional in this role. Customer presence. Professional appearance and the ability to speak comfortably with homeowners, property managers and estate staff. Technology. Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, job notes, time tracking and photos. Nice to Have Hardscape, masonry, concrete or landscape construction background. Travertine, natural stone or marble sealing experience. Trailer towing experience. Bilingual English and Spanish. Experience in gated communities or on estate-managed properties.
