Job Description
Job Overview Air Compressor experience - We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional on-site service for a wide range of mechanical systems preferably fluid and air systems . In this role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems across diverse client locations. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while supporting the smooth operation of essential equipment. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems in various commercial settings. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Repair or replace mechanical components, electrical wiring, compressors, motors, valves, and other system parts as needed. Assist with construction-related tasks involving setup of installation projects. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and documentation of all repairs performed. Communicate clearly with clients regarding service procedures, system status, and recommended solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on , refrigeration, fluid and air systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively. Hands-on experience with commercial air compressors is a plus. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices within construction or industrial environments. Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently using diagnostic tools. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with leadership qualities to guide team efforts when necessary. A proactive attitude combined with strong mechanical aptitude will help you excel in this energetic role.
