PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform restoration and mitigation services including water extraction, demolition, drying support, board-up, roof tarping, mold remediation support, fire cleanup, and related emergency services. Respond to emergency service calls and participate in after-hours on-call rotation as assigned Maintain an after-hours on-call schedule for all emergency work Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and other involved parties (insurance, property managers, tenants, etc.) Complete project daily logs and all appropriate restoration documentation Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment as directed Assist with loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining equipment, tools, and company vehicles Support warehouse cleanliness, organization, inventory, and equipment readiness Perform basic facility and equipment upkeep as assigned Follow all company safety requirements and use PPE when required Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and consumable materials Perform basic equipment & vehicle maintenance Perform other related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

1+ year experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, demolition, asbestos remediation, lead renovation, or related field preferred Basic computer and mobile device proficiency required Ability to read and complete job documentation accurately Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency response environment Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required

PPE Education:

High school diploma or GED required

License and Special Requirements:

Valid drivers license may be required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must possess: Mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment Accurate vision to read printed materials and a computer screen Ability to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone Finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, writing implements, office equipment and calculator Ability to occasionally bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, push, and pull drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. necessary to perform job functions Ability to use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed in both office environments and active job sites. Office work is conducted in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels and standard office equipment. Field work may occur at residential and commercial properties and may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, standing water, and construction-related noise. While performing job duties, employees may work near moving mechanical equipment and restoration machinery and may be exposed to wet conditions, vibration, and uneven surfaces. Employees may occasionally work at elevated heights or in confined spaces and may encounter airborne particles, dust, fumes, or cleaning and restoration chemicals. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required when necessary to ensure employee safety. Employees may interact with customers experiencing stressful property damage situations and must maintain professionalism at all times.
