SENIOR FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - LABORATORY

CERTUS RIVO
, support applications in drug discovery, compound management, assay development, cell dispensing, and laboratory automation. To support our growing customer base on the East Coast, we are looking for a hands-on Senior Field Service Technician who enjoys working directly with customers, solving technical challenges, and becoming part of a small and agile team. Training for this position will take place in Thun, Switzerland , together with our partner Fritz Gyger AG , the developer and manufacturer of the CERTUS FLEX and
CERTUS RIVO
platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CERTUS FLEX and
CERTUS RIVO
systems at customer sites. Perform preventive maintenance and repair activities. Provide technical support remotely and on-site. Conduct customer training and operator instruction. Demonstrate CERTUS FLEX and
CERTUS RIVO
systems to prospective customers. Support customer evaluations and application projects. Configure systems according to customer requirements and application needs. Prepare quotations and support the sales process. Attend conferences, exhibitions, and industry events. Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers. Build strong relationships with customers throughout your territory. Serve as the primary technical contact for customers in your region. Travel throughout the East Coast territory (approximately 50%).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical education or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience servicing laboratory, medical, automation, or industrial equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own territory. Comfortable interacting with scientists, engineers, and laboratory personnel. Experience in life science, biotechnology, laboratory automation, or liquid handling systems is an advantage. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $135,000 per year
