Selected team members will perform the following duties: Represent our brand on-site at client locations, primarily across the United States. Travel to client locations to perform on-site mechanical maintenance, equipment installation, and provide in-person training. Recommend additional products and services that meet client needs in-person, via phone, and video conferencing. Prepare comprehensive written field reports following every completed service job. Provide remote customer support and troubleshooting via email, video conference, phone, and text messaging when working from our Kansas City headquarters. Develop a strong working knowledge of dry cleaning machinery, laundry washers, pump and auto-dose systems, and associated production systems (comprehensive training provided). Requirements Willingness and availability to travel nationwide, typically for two to four days each travel week. Solid background in mechanical maintenance (prior experience in electrical, automotive, industrial automation, HVAC, or plumbing systems is highly advantageous). Capability to interpret basic electrical wiring diagrams, pneumatic schematics, and exploded parts views. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical, service, or maintenance role. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively instruct and train plant operators on equipment maintenance standards and best practices. Possession of a valid driver's license and a current passport (or the ability to obtain a passport).
