Full-Time | In-Person Job Description As a local and national leader in the restoration industry, we help home and business owners get their lives back on track after disaster strikes. Our services include Water Damage Restoration, Fire/Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, Odor Remediation, & Biohazard Cleaning.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to service calls as needed
• Being on a rotating on-call schedule
• Performing services following SERVPRO® production guidelines
• Communicating with the Crew Chief to ensure customer needs are met
• Supporting crew members and production staff
• Cleaning and maintaining vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas Our technicians are dispatched to different jobsites throughout the week, providing constant variety and new challenges.

Paid Training = Real Career Skills Restoration Supervisors act as crew chiefs in the field, leading their teams to complete a variety of restoration projects on time, on budget and at the highest standard in the industry.. This position requires restoration and/or construction experience, along with at least a WRT certification from the IICRC. We will also pay for training to advance your skills and your pay. You will learn a skilled trade that:

• Cannot be outsourced

Earning Potential Base Pay:

$20 -$25 per hour to start (Advancement and raises available) On-Target Earnings (OTE) Most full-time technicians earn: $55,000 - 60,000 in total annual compensation in their first year Top performers and team leaders regularly earn $60,000+ annually These figures are based on actual employee earnings.
