Role:

As a Calibration & Service Technician, you'll be responsible for calibrating and maintaining the performance of electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic instrumentation. Your work will ensure our equipment conforms to the highest industry standards. You'll have the opportunity to work both in-house at our facility and out in the field at customer locations, troubleshooting and providing repairs where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform calibration on a variety of equipment to ensure conformance to industry standards Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic measuring, recording, and indicating instrumentation Travel to customer sites as needed, providing on-location service and support Maintain accurate records of calibration and service activities Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction What You Bring to the

Table:

Associate degree in Metrology, Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Previous experience as a calibration technician is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb short ladders Ability to travel 40-60% of the time, including overnight travel when necessary Valid passport preferred for international travel Candidates must pass a federal background check to access certain customer facilities Why Join Applied Test Systems?
