We have a unique opportunity for a Service Technician Trainee to receive hands-on, paid training while learning the CNC machine tool industry from experienced professionals. We are a customer-focused distributor of some of the world's leading CNC machine tool brands, serving manufacturers throughout Western Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and enjoy solving mechanical challenges, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Learn to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machine tools. Work alongside experienced service technicians to develop technical skills. Provide exceptional customer service at customer facilities. Travel to customer locations for service calls, both locally and overnight as needed. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Dependable with an excellent work ethic. Willingness to travel locally and overnight. Ability to work overtime as needed. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
