Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Technician and become a vital part of helping clients recover from unexpected disasters. In this energetic role, you will respond swiftly to emergency situations such as water, and fire damage and assist with contents pack-outs, move backs, and restoration. This position offers on-call coverage, requiring flexibility to respond promptly to urgent needs while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and safety. Responsibilities Respond rapidly to emergency calls for water, fire, flood related incidents, demonstrating readiness for on-call situations. Perform cleaning and debris removal using appropriate hand tools and power tools to prepare sites for restoration. Conduct fire restoration activities including soot removal, smoke odor mitigation, and structural cleaning. Execute flood and water damage restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, and moisture detection with specialized equipment. Assist with Contents pack-outs, moving, and cleaning Operate company vehicles responsibly while managing restoration equipment and tools efficiently. Document job progress accurately and maintain detailed records of work performed. Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer service experience. Skills Proven experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields with a strong understanding of safety protocols. Knowledge of water damage restoration and fire restoration Experience with contents handling/moving Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards client interactions. Capable of working independently or as part of a team in high-pressure situations requiring quick decision-making. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
