certification. You will be one of the first people through the door after a loss, reading the damage and setting the drying plan. Who You Are You are a steady presence for people having the worst week of their year. You take pride in work nobody sees, like a drying plan that holds when the moisture readings come back. You are clear on the phone, on paper, and standing in someone's flooded kitchen. You believe your word is worth something, and you carry the company name that way on every job. You bring the judgment to size up a loss and call the right equipment type and unit count. Who We Are We restore water, fire, and smoke damage for homes and businesses. We have served San Antonio for close to a decade and are opening up the Austin market. We are building out our water mitigation division, and this role is part of that build. We put real hours into community work, including animal shelters and play sets for kids who need them. What You Will Do Each Day Scope, document, contract, execute, and collect on mitigation jobs. Visit new assignments and walk customers through what happens next. Evaluate affected materials and contents to decide what can be saved. Handle setup and demolition work. Complete documentation for each loss and keep supervisors in the loop. Keep your van stocked and your tools and supplies accounted for. Why You'll Love Working Here Pay is $22 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus pay. Full-time, onsite Water Mitigation Technician role based in Converse, TX. Health and dental insurance available after 90 days. Paid vacation of 1 to 3 weeks, based on tenure. We provide the van, tools, equipment, phone, and computer, plus a labor tech when the job calls for one. Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts, with on call and weekend availability.
