This role is responsible for performing water mitigation, structural drying, demo, odor control, carpet cleaning, and basic restoration services for residential and multi-family properties. This is a commission-based position designed for individuals who take pride in their work and want their earnings to reflect their performance. Training timelines are approximately six weeks for candidates without experience and about two weeks for experienced technicians to learn our processes and standards. Responsibilities Perform water extraction, structural drying, and restoration services Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other drying equipment Complete flood cuts, demolition of affected materials, and job site preparation Perform carpet cleaning, odor control, stain treatment, and minor carpet repairs when needed Maintain accurate documentation, including photos and job notes Communicate professionally with property managers, residents, homeowners, and maintenance teams Follow all company safety and cleanliness standards Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicle organization Respond to emergency water losses and after-hours service calls as scheduledRequirements Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to lift and move equipment up to 75 pounds Strong attention to detail and customer service ability Experience in water mitigation, carpet cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred but not required Ability to work in fast-paced residential and multi-family environments Willingness to learn and follow company processes Ability to pass a background checkSchedule Full time position Monday through Friday with a typical eight hour shift Hours may vary based on season and workload Participation in an on call rotation for after hours floods One weekday on call plus rotating weekend coverage approximately every six to seven weeks depending on team size Culture and Work Style We are looking for someone who represents our company with professionalism and integrity.
