Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our customers' equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
