Property Repair Specialist - Residential Restoration & Maintenance Ulrich Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Repair Specialist who takes pride in quality workmanship, solves problems independently, and enjoys the variety that comes with residential and commercial property repairs. This is not an entry-level position and it is not a role for someone who requires constant supervision or direction. We're looking for a professional who can assess a situation, determine the appropriate repair, communicate effectively, and complete high-quality work with confidence and accountability. This position is designed for an experienced, self-sufficient repair professional who can confidently assess problems, determine appropriate solutions, and complete high-quality residential and commercial property repairs with minimal supervision. If you're the type of person who sees a problem, develops a solution, and takes ownership of your work from start to finish, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Every day is different. Our work includes a wide variety of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and reconstruction projects, including: Drywall repair, patching, texture, and painting Finish carpentry, trim, doors, and hardware Flooring repairs and replacement Water damage reconstruction and property restoration Siding, exterior repairs, and weatherproofing Cabinet, fixture, and finish repairs Caulking, punch lists, and general property repairs Occupied maintenance and vacant unit turnover projects Identifying additional repair needs and communicating recommendations Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Delivering excellent customer service while representing Ulrich Enterprises professionally What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Experienced across multiple residential and commercial repair trades Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable making sound decisions in the field Professional, dependable, and accountable Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship Organized and able to manage time effectively A strong communicator with customers, property managers, and teammates Focused on solving problems instead of creating them Interested in long-term career growth rather than simply punching a clock Qualifications Demonstrated experience performing a broad range of residential and commercial property repairs Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States Why Build Your Career Here? Compensation:

$28.00-$34.00 per hour, depending on demonstrated skills, experience, and ability to work independently.
