Dual purpose position focused on Greater Spokane Metro Area communities. Job includes traveling to a series of communities on a pre-set schedule for general maintenance services while also enforcing provisions of the governing documents for each community. Position will require some physical labor and driving daily. Entry level position for career in Community Management or Field Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Working knowledge of onsite maintenance for any assigned HOA's. Coordinating compliance with governing docs for each community using a tablet. Coordinating all onsite porter services attributable to each community Interface with individual HOA members on primary level for all maintenance and compliance services in Greater Spokane Metro Area Miscellaneous duties assigned by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Ability to follow set schedule as determined by remote supervisor. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and work with Field Services Manager to create a plan and execute the plan for repair or replacement A valid driver's license and clean driving history. A willingness to embrace technology and learn new skills. Part Time to Full over 12 months

Schedule:
Monday to Friday Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the short term for work purposes (mileage/maintenance stipend to be included). Long term, work vehicle will be supplied.
