The Lead Technician oversees a team of Field Service Technicians and ensures work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. Ensure all work is completed safely and follows company and customer requirements. Assign daily tasks and help coordinate workloads for team members. Provide technical guidance and assist with complex troubleshooting and repairs. Complete and maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and maintenance records. Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions with customers, supervisors, and plant personnel. Promote a strong safety culture and commitment to quality workmanship. Train, coach, and mentor technicians to support skill development and performance. Travel to customer sites as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise Technician I, II, and III team members. Train employees and support their professional development. Plan, assign, and direct work activities. Evaluate performance and provide feedback. Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues. Qualifications Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical systems. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
