What you'll do A real mix — never the same day twice: General repairs and unit turnovers (drywall, doors, hardware, fixtures) Painting and patching Light plumbing (faucets, drains, toilets, water heaters, leaks) Light electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures, troubleshooting) Kitchen and bath repairs, appliance swaps Seasonal and preventative maintenance across our properties Odd jobs and problem-solving — the stuff that makes tenants happy and owners loyal You won't be thrown in the deep end alone. We keep a seasoned electrician/plumber on call to back you up on the complicated jobs, so there's always someone to phone when a project gets tricky.
