Professional Cleaning Independent Contractor Location:

Coloma, MI Job Description:

We are seeking a professional cleaning contractor to take on a common area cleaning contract in the Coloma, MI area. This job involves weekly cleaning of common area bathrooms, breakrooms, office space, and conference rooms at a manufacturing plant. The scope of work includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting toilets, bathrooms sinks, bathroom mirrors, replacing toilet paper and soap in dispensers, pulling/replacing trash bags, and wiping down all surfaces.

Contract Details:

Primary Contract:

Weekly common area surface cleaning

Time Requirement:

16.5 hours per week for one person, split up into 3 days. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 2:00pm-7:30pm each day.

Payment:

$412.50 per week

Hourly Rate:

$25 per hour.

Payment Method:

Weekly direct deposit.

Employment Type:

1099 Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled cleanings of apartments as per contract specifications. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times. Communicate effectively with property management to address any specific cleaning needs or issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cleaning contractor, particularly in commercial or residential settings. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks. Reliable transportation.
