Job Overview LoDolce Machine Company is a growing AS9100-certified precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain our manufacturing facility and support our expanding operations. Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Repair doors, windows, locks, hardware, and fixtures
• Patch, paint, and maintain offices and production areas
• Install shelving, cabinets, workstations, and equipment
• Replace lighting and perform minor electrical repairs (within qualifications)
• Perform minor plumbing repairs
• Assist with machinery moves and facility improvement projects
• Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace
• Support production departments with miscellaneous maintenance projects
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment as assigned Requirements
• 3-5 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs
• Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is desirable
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
