In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing the functionality of our building interiors and facilities equipment. Your expertise will ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills, electrical knowledge, and hands-on experience to a variety of maintenance tasks across our property. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment. Conduct repairs using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards; use tools such as ohmmeters for testing. Service HVAC systems by diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and performing system repairs to ensure optimal climate control. Carry out plumbing maintenance including leak repairs, pipe replacements, and system troubleshooting to prevent disruptions. Execute carpentry tasks such as installing fixtures, repairing doors or cabinetry, and performing maintenance painting to uphold building aesthetics. Support facilities equipment maintenance by managing schematics and technical manuals for various systems; lead or assist with complex repairs when necessary. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations while providing excellent customer service to internal teams or tenants needing assistance. Assist in building interior maintenance projects that enhance the overall environment and functionality of the facility. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), with hands-on skills in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and HVAC system repair. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with schematics and technical manuals. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters, and other maintenance tools efficiently. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus for troubleshooting automated systems. Experience with electrical equipment repair and facilities equipment maintenance is essential. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interactions. Ability to read technical schematics and understand building interior maintenance requirements. Leadership qualities to coordinate tasks effectively within a team environment. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
