We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to join our contractor network and take on cleaning jobs in these areas. This is 1099 independent contractor work . What You'll Do Perform residential cleanings (standard, deep clean, move-in/out, post-construction) at client homes Follow job details provided through our booking system for each appointment Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment Communicate professionally with clients and maintain a high standard of service Complete jobs within the scheduled window Pay Structure Paid per job , based on a percentage of the job price (competitive, above-industry contractor split) No hourly wage — you're paid for the job, not the clock Requirements Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Portland metro area Own cleaning supplies and equipment (we can advise on what's typically needed) Must carry your own liability insurance Prior residential cleaning experience preferred 1 year Ability to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to operate as an independent contractor (own your own tools, set your own methods, no set schedule imposed by us) Smartphone for accessing job assignments and communicating with clients/dispatch Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented What We Provide Early opportunity to grow alongside a startup company — as our client base expands, so does your job volume Job opportunities in affluent, established neighborhoods Simple booking/dispatch system so you know exactly what each job requires Freedom to build your own schedule and workload A direct line to ownership — this isn't a big corporate operation, your feedback actually shapes how we grow
