Darlington, SC Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
Install approximately 400 sq ft of white vinyl soffit (vented and solid panels) including J-channel, F-channel, trim accessories, and color-matched fasteners; includes minor substrate repair (up to 3 sheets) and localized framing repair as needed Install approximately 195 linear ft of white aluminum fascia and rake wrap over existing wood trim, including custom-fabricated corners, returns, and trim accessories; includes minor fascia board repair as needed Remove and replace porch and stair railing system — approximately 24 linear ft of white vinyl railing, including post sleeves, post caps, post skirts, and mounting hardware (front and rear porches) Remove and replace 6 white vinyl exterior shutters (3 pairs) and 3 attic vent covers, color-matched, using manufacturer-approved and masonry fasteners as required Temporarily remove/reinstall exterior light fixtures and soffit vents as needed to complete installation Protect landscaping, windows, doors, walkways, and other finished surfaces prior to starting work Full cleanup and debris removal upon completion

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years of trade experience Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos PAY $3,000 Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
