You will work out of your home, traveling to pre-scheduled jobs throughout the Murfreesboro area in your own truck or van. What Success Looks Like On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential and light commercial sites to complete a variety of mid-sized repair and improvement projects. You will assess the scope of work, communicate clearly with the property owner about the process, and deliver high-quality results in carpentry, drywall, tiling, and minor electrical or plumbing tasks. Requirements Must-Have Qualifications Multi-trade experience:

Tools:

Possession of a standard set of hand and power tools appropriate for the trades listed above.

Transportation:

A reliable, presentable work truck or van to transport yourself and your tools to local job sites.

Licensing:

A current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Service skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain repair processes clearly to customers.

Problem-solving:

Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose maintenance issues and determine the best course of action.

Administrative skills:
