Job Description

Next Generation Construction is seeking to add a Maintenance/Handyman. This position will work with our Property & Residential team for warranty/maintenance services. Previous experience as in the construction field is preferred. Come join our expanding team and be a part of something new and exciting.

Responsibilities
Assess and address claims
Communicate effectively with homeowners and staff
Record and report progress to management
Additional job duties as required
Requirements
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic understanding of tools, handling, and operation
Previous experience as a handyman is a plus
Basic understanding of technology, basic smartphone & computer skills
Must have a valid driver's license

Pay:

$24.00
