Job Description:

Dino Equipment & Outdoors is looking for an experienced tractor and equipment mechanic. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows what they're doing and can work independently without constant supervision. We work on tractors, zero-turn mowers, and outdoor power equipment. We need someone who can diagnose issues quickly, fix them correctly, and keep jobs moving.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair tractors, mowers, and equipment Perform routine maintenance and service work Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner Communicate with service team on job status and needed parts Keep work area clean and organized Ensure all work is completed correctly the first time

Requirements:

Must have your own tools Strong mechanical experience (tractor, diesel, small engine, or heavy equipment) Ability to diagnose problems without guesswork Dependable and shows up ready to work Able to work independently and stay productive Valid driver's license Preferred (but not required): Experience with diesel engines and hydraulic systems Previous dealership or shop experience

Pay:
