You will leverage advanced diagnostic technology to identify root causes, ensuring our equipment remains safe, reliable, and ready for high-impact projects. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive repairs on diverse heavy machinery, ensuring all work meets rigorous safety and performance standards. Utilize digital diagnostic tools and tablets to manage work orders, track service intervals, and document maintenance history with precision. Analyze complex schematics and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions. Mentor junior technicians by sharing technical expertise and best practices to elevate overall team capability. Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate the efficient transport of parts and equipment to support continuous operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shop environment while adhering to all safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and electrical blueprints. Ownership of a comprehensive set of professional-grade tools. Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and sustained movement. Preferred Skills Completion of a formal trade school program or equivalent technical certification. Prior experience in field service maintenance or high-volume equipment repair environments. Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards.
