As a Mechanic I, you'll repair and overhaul gas turbine accessories. What you'll do: Inspect engine accessories and accessory components. Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality. Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy. Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations. Basic Qualifications One or more years of experience working with mechanical components. One or more years of experience with routine induction/dismantle of mechanical components. Ability to lift up to 25lbs without assistance. Ability to stand for at least 50 of scheduled shift High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development). Desired Skills Experience with turbine engine accessories. Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions.
