Full Job Description Job Opportunity:
Experienced Shop Hand with vehicle, trailer, and small equipment experience.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Shop Hand with strong mechanical ability to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities (under the direction of the senior Mechanic): Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations. Transport equipment to and from job sites. Keep the shop and shop's storage yard in order and clean Conduct maintenance and small repairs on site Maintain an inventory of the company's small equipment and tools Conduct maintenance and small repairs on site Order and maintain an inventory of supplies and various replacement parts Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Perform cleaning of vehicles and equipment including power washing Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Learn new skills
Requirements:
Proven experience in a mechanical setting • Ability to safely and responsibly operate light trucks while pulling trailers that are loaded with equipment (i.e. F450) Basic knowledge of operating equipment (i.e. Skidsteer) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients. Must have a valid driver's license. CDL preferred
