Driver's License Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are hiring a Stump Grinder Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position operating stump grinding equipment and transporting machinery to job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working with equipment in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Requirements (Important):

• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to drive a pickup truck with a trailer
• Must be able to confidently back up and maneuver a truck with a trailer
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Mechanical or equipment experience is a plus
• Must be able to speak, read and understand

English Job Duties:

• Operate stump grinding equipment to remove tree stumps
• Inspect equipment before use (hydraulics, teeth, and safety components)
• Transport equipment to job sites using a pickup truck and trailer
• Perform basic equipment maintenance including checking and replacing stump grinder teeth
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Assist with job site cleanup after work is completed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
