We are excited to bring on a new addition as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic . This role will diagnose, service, and repair Vermeer and related construction equipment. If you're mechanically inclined, hands-on, and ready to build a career with a supportive team, we want to hear from you today! Compensation & Schedule $30-$40 per hour (based on experience) Production bonuses available Sign on bonus up to $5000 for qualified candidates Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Service, repair & recondition Vermeer equipment Diagnose equipment malfunctions including hydraulic & electrical experience Welding as needed Recognize and recommend appropriate repairs to the Service Manager Create accurate repair estimates, CDK experience a plus Communicate with OEM/factory for technical assistance Other duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and electrical diagnostic capability Previous experience working on heavy equipment or heavy duty trucks Proficient ability to document in CDK Detail oriented, organized, safety focused and team player Benefits Benefits Medical, dental, vision & supplemental options available on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment 401k with company contribution Paid Time Off (5 days after 90 days of employment) Paid training and bonuses for certifications completed Company paid holidays Employee referral bonus program (for employee and new hire) Work Authorization All Roads Company does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
