This role is critical to keeping equipment safe, reliable, and ready for field operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment Service and repair trenchless equipment (e.g., directional drills, pipe bursting units, CIPP equipment) as needed Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues and recommend repairs Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled service intervals Diagnose and repair engine, hydraulic, electrical, and drivetrain systems Maintain accurate service and repair records for all equipment Order parts and manage shop inventory as needed Ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations for fleet vehicles Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Coordinate with field crews on equipment needs and repair urgency
