The ideal candidate should have experience in repairing and maintaining a variety of farm and lawn equipment, including tractors, zero-turn lawn mowers, implements, and small engines. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems quickly and accurately, as well as perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on customer equipment Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, blade installations, and mechanical maintenance. Inspect and test equipment to identify potential issues. Use diagnostic tools to identify problems with engines, transmissions, and other systems. Explain repair options to customers and answer any questions they may have. Keep accurate records of all repairs performed.
