Responsibilities:

Our construction equipment group is seeking a full-time heavy equipment Field Technician for the Central Mass area (Worcester, Leominster, Fitchburg) to report out of our Concord, NH location. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work! We are an energetic group who sells JCB, Avant, Toro and Vibroscreen. The sky is the limit and we want to add great people to our team! The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Complete inspections\nPower washing and parts cleaning\nRemoval and installation of parts\nImplementation of optional accessories\nMaintenance\nOn the road doing basic diagnosis and troubleshooting\nTesting\nGeneral repairs on the road\nDriving company truck to different customers location\nUpkeep of the service truck\nResponsible for the inventory of onboard parts\nIncorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nConsistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time We encourage our Technicians to participate in our in-house training program, allowing them to acquire additional skills in diagnosis and troubleshooting and further advance their career as a Technician. Intermediate:
