Position Overview:

B&M Ashman Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Mechanic to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking for experience to build a long-term career in fleet maintenance and mechanical repair. The selected candidate will perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on company vehicles and equipment while working alongside experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine fleet maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements Assist with brake inspections, brake pad replacements, and basic brake system repairs Conduct general vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation Maintain accurate service records and documentation Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Support senior mechanics with more advanced diagnostics and repairs as needed

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical knowledge or prior hands-on experience preferred Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license required
