Job Summary This position starts as a Shop Assistant / Hydraulic Technician Trainee, where you'll learn the fundamentals of hydraulic repair while helping keep our shop running efficiently. No experience is required. If you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. As your skills develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on more technical repair work. Responsibilities Assist technicians with hydraulic cylinder, pump, motor, and valve repairs Clean, inspect, and help disassemble hydraulic components Learn proper repair procedures and hydraulic fundamentals Pick parts for repair jobs and restock incoming inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop Assist with shop equipment and facility maintenance Load and unload customers and delivery trucks using forklifts and skid steers Perform general shop duties and support the team wherever needed We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Shows up on time and is dependable Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys working with their hands Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation High School diploma or equivalent work experience Must be able to lift up to 50lbs The following experience is helpful, but not required: Hand and power tools Forklift operation Welding Mechanical repair Construction, automotive, farm, or industrial equipment If you're dependable, willing to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, we'll teach you the rest. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
