This role will perform various tasks while working out in the field. Installations, repair service and preventative maintenance including inspections of overhead cranes, hoists and other material handling equipment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions Display a professional image and work within a team environment to accomplish goals Inspect hoists, cranes, systems, chain falls and pullers Order parts and maintain inventory Keep maintenance reports and documentation Perform crane inspections, repairs, installations and respond to breakdown calls Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation (OHSA), promote safe working practices including safe equipment operation, hazard reporting, and awareness of rights Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Secondary school diploma or high school equivalent as a minimum 3 Years of Crane Experience Experience working in a manufacturing environment Welding experience considered an asset Critical thinking skills Technically Inclined Mechanical aptitude Excellent people and communication skills, both verbal and written Lifting up to 50lbs Knowledge and understanding of structural, electrical, and mechanical systems Able to work in elevated areas Eager to learn Available to work overtime as required Must have reliable own transportation, valid driver's license in good standing We provide accommodation to job applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
